In July, they returned to our factory for a follow-up meeting. This session focused on key project details, transaction terms, cooperation methods, and our comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales service processes as they explored an integrated shelving solution tailored to their needs.

To optimize their heavy-duty storage requirements, our engineers crafted a customized solution based on the specifics of the client's operations:

1.After assessing the warehouse dimensions and observing traffic flow for both personnel and vehicles, we determined that heavy-duty beam shelves would be the most effective option.

2.We calculated the precise dimensions for the shelves based on the goods and pallets involved (pallet size: 1200mm x 1000mm, with the forklift operation direction along the 1200mm side; shelf height: 11000mm and 1000mm depth for the pallet). We typically include a 100mm gap in our designs to facilitate the smooth placement of goods.

Over the following month, we engaged in multiple discussions to refine and finalize the project plan, resulting in a confirmed order in July.

Once the products reach the destination port, our skilled technicians will be on-site to provide installation guidance. We anticipate that the shelf installation will be complete within about ten days.
